Individual counseling

Sometimes it is difficult to make changes in your relationship if your partner is not invested in joining you in couple's therapy. Individual counseling is a great option to consider.  It is like couple's counseling for one. You can often make changes in your relationship without both partners having to be present. It is also an option for couples who are coming to therapy together, but have individual and personal matters they'd like to explore or sort out privately and want to utilize individual sessions to supplement, speed up progress, and get to the heart of the matter.

Individual counseling can also be great if you are struggling with your sex life, dealing with divorce, are having an affair, or feel like you have personal issues that you want to work on such as depression or anxiety or just feeling stuck. Perhaps you want to learn to have healthier relationships with family members, children, or friends. Whatever you're struggling with, individual counseling can be a fantastic option.

Individuals also have the option of having phone sessions (great for busy folks who are on the go), or online sessions!

We also have therapists on staff that work with individuals that are wanting to explore issues that might not be specifically relationship related, such as anxiety, stress, depression, identity, ADHD, co-parenting, work/life balance, career management, anger, and more. Just give us a call and our client concierge can help match you with the best fit for you or provide you with a helpful referral!
